Owen continues to break existing records! She maintains the record for six of the top 10 highest priced single family home sales in Lincoln Park ever recorded in the
MLS. In 2022, she listed and sold the highest priced single family home of the year in the entire city of Chicago at 1837 North Orchard for $8.65 Million. In 2018, she
listed and sold the second highest priced single family home in Chicago MLS history at 1950 North Burling for just under $12 Million. This is also the highest priced
single family home sale of the entire year in 2018. In 2016, she sold the highest priced single family home of the year in the entire city of Chicago at 2026 North Mo-
hawk for $8.35 Million. In 2015, Owen listed and sold the highest priced single family home in Chicago MLS history at 1955 North Burling for $13,345,372, breaking
her own previous record of the highest priced single family home sale of 1866 North Howe for $9.035 Million. This sale at 1955 North Burling continues to be the rec-
ord for the highest priced single family sale ever recorded in Chicago. That same year, 2015, Owen sold the Penthouse at 189 East Lake Shore Drive for a record break-
ing $10.375 Million. Prior to that, Owen sold the highest priced Gold Coast single family home since 2008 at 1336 North State Parkway for $7.125 Million, again break-
ing her own record of $6.8 Million for 25 East Banks.
