Dear Janet:

What a phenomenal professional job you did in leading the team that sold my Chicago home at 250 East Pearson St. in
record time in January. Not only record time, but at a price beyond my expectation in a tough housing market! I was
thrilled beyond description!

Now living in Florida permanently, I asked my lawyer and friend of 25 years for recommendations of brokers he
thought of highly and had worked with in real estate transactions. He gave me three names and yours was the first. I
called you first and we met one time when I decided to sell rather than rent my condo when the existing lease expired
November 21. I never called or interviewed another broker. I clearly knew I had found the right person to represent me.

During our initial meeting I was impressed with your professionalism and thorough knowledge of all facets of the mar-
ket process from setting a realistic strategy, pricing accurately to the market, organizing all components of the market-
ing process, working with building management, my interior decorator, outside contractors, and my lawyer in guiding
the inspection and closing process in the shortest amount of time possible.
I came away from our first meeting with the knowledge you were a trustworthy person that I could feel entirely safe
with to entrust my home. That meant the world to me living full time in Florida to not have to worry about the process.

You promised me a “hands on approach” personally along with your small but highly skilled support staff. That is ex-
actly what happened. I dealt with you and your assistant Lisa one on one the entire time. You kept me apprised and in-
volved every step of the way. I did not have to visit Chicago to stay in touch until the week we put my home up for
showing December 15. You worked seamlessly with my other support groups mentioned above in having the condo
ready to show three weeks after the rental lease expired.

Then, what I thought was impossible. You found a buyer almost immediately, and we closed in less than a month. In
addition, during that same time period you did a great job in negotiating the additional sale of all my household furnish-
ings to the buyer which was instrumental in allowing the quick sale and closing. You were “spot on” in attending to the
buyer’s requests for information, condo visits, inspections, etc. which also facilitated the successful timely closing.
Janet, I cannot thank you enough for leading the successful marketing and selling of my home. I also so appreciate the
wonderful working relationship we developed – and the friendship and mutual respect we have for each other.

I will enthusiastically recommend and endorse you to any person who would like a reference.
