um. We have dealt with various brokers in the past. You are, without a doubt, the best broker we have ever
used.

When we interviewed brokers for our listing, you were the only one who gave us comparisons from other
buildings we were competing with. Of course, you also gave us comps based on recent sales in our building.
Your manner was very professional, and your reputation as a selling broker is excellent. You impressed on us
how important the photographs are, and your selling brochures are exquisite at attractively presenting the
property, while at the same time giving relevant information. Finally, we liked it that you limit the number of
properties you take as listings, and that you are always the showing broker unless something unusual comes
up.

During the showing period, we felt very confident that we were promptly informed about when there would be
a showing and how it went. Your sense of potential buyers’ reactions to our condo always seemed to be on tar-
get. In addition, you were very easy to work with when we were in and out of town. Also, you kept us up to
date with the general market status through your monthly market assessment flip books. We never felt like our
property had fallen off your radar. You advertised it extensively, and you always informed us of where the ads

were.

The offer period and inspection period went very smoothly, too. You were always ahead of the game, making
sure everything was in line.

Your team that backs you up is excellent. Lisa is organized, kind, and professional with great attention to detail
and timing. We felt we could always rely on her. Your two backup brokers are also very professional, polite and
reliable. It is to your credit that you have this top notch backup team.
In summary, we highly recommend you as a selling broker. Your reputation as one of the very top brokers in
Chicago is well deserved. You are kind and organized with excellent interpersonal skills. In addition you have

many business skills, and you know how to market property and close a deal. Thank you so much for your being
