preparedness, personable demeanor and your DILIGENCE thus your
reputation. I quote Steve after our first meeting "Wow, what a great
realtor, she was so prepared!" Do you remember you asked us to
meet you 15 minutes ahead of the first appointment? We sat in the
lobby and you turned a file over to Steve, it had all the answers to all
the questions that Steve or I might have asked about each apart-
ment. You had him eating out of your hand! You really looked after
us, as I am sure, you look after all your clients!
Here's to a great year - I think you have a great start with the brick
town house just north of us!
