realtor at the office of Prudential Rubloff, located at 980 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. I agree
with you that it would be wise for you to interview Janet as a possible broker to handle the condominium. I
have known Janet for a number of years and have found her to be very reliable and extraordinarily conscien-
tious. She is among the best known and most successful realtors in the city. Because of her position in the
real estate community she and her firm would be able to give the condominium wide exposure.

Janet has a low key, friendly demeanor. She is also very thoughtful and realistic about the pricing of Units.
You might want to look at the references from satisfied clients and the other helpful information that she en-
closed in the folders provided to you. You will see an impressive list of salesmanship awards and a number of
complimentary magazine articles written about her; she is very experienced in selling high end homes, condo-
miniums and co-ops in the Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, DePaul and Streeterville neighborhoods.

Janet is expecting a call from you and would be pleased to meet with you and to see the apartment. I know
that you will do a very good job on arranging for the sale of this apartment. I know that you will feel very
comfortable meeting with Janet and would enjoy working with her. I think Janet could be of great support and
