Excuses will be moot with Tonal, a super-minimal, lightweight, wall-mounted strength
trainer for anytime, at-home workouts. It claims to be the world's smartest home gym, and
with its extensive live and video classes (from weights to yoga), excellent instructors and
effective, easy-to-use equipment, it may be! A good proof point is the PC Magazine
Editors' Choice award it just won. Despite the heavy price tag, I'm dying to try it.
