were literally no walls and nothing but concrete floors that offered a blank canvass on which they could
create the perfect home to suit their new city lifestyle.
They were completely taken by the amazing and boundless views from huge bay windows facing all
directions with absolutely no obstructions and located in the very heart of the Gold Coast. This was it!
The Owners collaborated with their interior designer, space planner and master craftsmen and proceeded
to make their dream a reality. No expense was spared and no detail was overlooked; two years later, the
result was an absolutely beautiful residence which reflected their upscale lifestyle, refined taste and love
of entertaining family and friends.

THE RESIDENCE…
Your guests are announced by the impeccable, service oriented door staff in the Outer Lobby. From
there, they enter one of two passenger elevators in the Inner Lobby to be whisked to the 35th floor. You
share the entire floor with only one other residence.
Enter the residence into the private, beautifully appointed Reception Foyer with its marble inlayed floor

You will never ever forget the amazing impact when you enter the Living Room from the North Gallery
