          JANET OWEN CLOSES NEARLY $18 MILLION IN BUSINESS IN JULY 2012

     CHICAGO, IL – August 3, 2012  – Michael Pierson and Chris Eigel, principals of the prestigious
     Chicago real estate firm Prudential Rubloff Properties, are pleased to announce that broker Janet
     Owen  closed  nearly  $18  million  in  sales  in  July  2012.  Ms.  Owen  is  a  consistent  top  producing
     agent specializing in high end residential real estate.
