Dear Janet:
Thank you for your gracious note of January 7. May I also
wish you and your great assistant Lisa a very wonderful and
prosperous year.

Yesterday, January 15th was the one year anniversary of the
closing on my apartment at 250 East Pearson. You did a
fantastic, incredible, most unbelievable job in record time
guiding me thru to a successful conclusion - for which I will
always be grateful!

Thanks again for all you did for me. I am happy that I contrib-
uted a small part to you having a record year - despite media
predictions that it would be a down year.
