of the lives of others. Find how self sufficient you really are and note that your
inefficiencies are due to your own laziness and responsibility to your self.
Approve of who you are and don’t measure yourself against others. Appreciate
you are perfect, should you choose to see it. You are a ‘stand alone’ being
once you are altogether, Mind, Body and most importantly Spirit.
