be said that our unconscious is our reactive, ill informed
mind, our survival mind. Our unconscious mind is
always in a state of alertness to protect itself, to protect
its ego. This aspect of our mind is geared to answer, not
to question. This aspect is where we process what we
unconsciously perceive as threats to our ignorant
perceptions of who we are, a body with a Spirit. The
body sees itself as the most important aspect of this
human being. The body fears defeat, fears dying, fears
hurt, fears true humility. It seeks recognition and status.
Spiritual awareness poses a threat as it defeats these
fears but unaccountably, un-quantifiably and
un-intellectually. This would therefore pose the
hypothesis that the unconscious sees Spiritual awareness
in opposition to ego. Where does the notion to blame, or
criticise, or demean come from? It comes from the
unconscious. Continuing with the foregoing hypothesis
we can see that the ego mind, the unconsciousness mind
will seek to impose itself whenever it sees itself as being
