The communicator then showed how they were aware of others
in my circle of friends, “About P., he is alright. He has a lot of
lessons at this time. He is more interested in the material
earth sooner than the spiritual goodness to be gained, though
he has become more aware of his life’s purpose and has
questioned. He has still to open his heart and accept God
more than he does. You can trust him but he needs to be
reminded of his commitments.” And then he continued, “Go
rest, you have all our blessings.”
Then to me Sebastian writes, “You must meditate again. I
stress this as it is less wearing on us as well as you. You can
regenerate yourself as well as communicate so please try.
Effort is required on your part, remember all you need is
practice. We can instruct you as you proceed. Again I say
meditate. It is impossible for you to hear me if you have
interruptions. Certain music can be conducive to meditation
and others grate on your mind. All music is good for those
who like it. We went with you to listen to music of late but
only your brother on earth stayed.” This was about a time I
went to listen to some Jazz guitar music that was being played
in a pub in the city. The brother they referred to was a brother
who had passed into Spirit some time previously and was a jazz
musician during his lifetime. It was lovely ti think that he was
able to come to the music session with me and able to stay and
enjoy the evening. They continued, “We often enjoy theatre on
earth and certain other forms of entertainment you enjoy but
mostly it is so irrelevant to life we ignore it. Life is not totally
taken up with spiritual thought. Contrasts are good. You have
a saying, ‘all work and no play makes jack a dull boy’ and
this is true even for here. Here speak to some Spirits while
you decide to heed me and meditate.”
