“My name is Sheila O Donohue. I passed over in the year of
our Lord 1976. My home was in Dublin and I lived there all
my life. My passing was untroubled and age was the cause. I
died of old age, I was in my nineties I think. I have friends
there still and they still pray for the repose of my soul. The
thoughts are nice but I do wish they would pray for the
advancement of my soul. Why should my soul need to rest? It
is not tired. Ask people to pray for help in my soul’s tasks, and
for any soul that has passed over. A minor point but relevant.

time. My life on earth was very mundane and on my passing I
was totally unprepared for what I was to find here. Life here
is so exciting and so fully occupied. I had no friends pass
before me and I look forward to them coming. I’ll have so
much to tell them and show them. Its all so wonderful,
everybody here is so pleasant and helpful. My goodness the
religious teachers have so much to answer for in their
misguidance of their parishioners. They prepare people for
death, most likely they frighten them to death. You must tell
every one you can all that you know of this plane so they can
look forward to it, and so they don’t mourn the passing of
