“Sebastian here, I will take responsibility for your guidance
for tomorrow. We will prepare ourselves by washing and next
go to meet in a happy and clear mind. We must prepare
ourselves by relaxation and anticipation, then we will meet.
The first act will be to form the circle and to ensure every
sitter is comfortable and well supported. Next ensure there is
adequate water available. No smoking or breaks for
refreshment, otherwise the strong link cannot be formed and
we expend much energy in an effort to communicate with
you. We next will hold hands and then with Mendelssohn
playing go into meditation. Use time ensuring all are relaxed
and then you may receive the clear thought. We will be with
you. We will be all with all. God bless you. Don’t forget the
prayer for protection as this will form complete protection
around all sitters and none need fear evil.”
This is a short message received from a friend who had just
passed. His passing was caused by an accident. “J here, we left
fast didn’t we, but not to worry we felt very little. It did
happen fast but strangely no pain. She’s away busy about her
business and in good form. She has lots to do. I myself have
not got into anything here as yet as my interests there were
not conducive to here. However I will think things out better
as times pass and will no doubt get down to something. We
have facilities for all sorts of activities here and can really get
lots done only it takes a while to get used to this life as there is
no materialism here. R settled in straight away, no problem.
