Spirit – Releasing the Light Within

It is I who come. Many gather about and it is difficult to get
space even as a Spirit. I have completed my preparatory work
and will soon get into action. My friends here have helped me
to develop what you would refer to as a modern interpretation
of life and what we have to give you. I will start….My friends
as you sit to night you will be starting a new era in the life of
your circle. You may sit in quiet contemplation, darkness
being an asset, and we would ask that, and seek, individual
protection for there are those that would deny you the peace
you seek. You must call on your friends in Spirit, Brendan
you must call on both your friends, let us call them the
‘heavenly twins’. No general prayer will be needed for this
house has been blessed and no evil can again enter. All who
enter will be with Divine purpose. You must seek harmony by
asking that this harmony must be assisted by us, thus binding
physical and Spirit. You may now relax and accept the peace
that comes.
Now you learn meditation. Meditation is not a duty but may
be considered as a form to communicate through by
divorcing yourself from your physical you enable your Spirit
to gain its freedom from the physical body and your physical
body reposes in the peace that is given to it by us. We can then
take you on a journey of learning that by stages will enable
you to become more aware of your self, the self you must
realise, this self that others shall eventually see and be given
inspiration by. You have stagnated to a degree but not by your
