responds to certain stimulations only on a physical level and
generally ignores the opinion of the Spirit in its decision making
process. This is where most have difficulty in evolvement. The
Spirit comes first and the body comes second. We have spoken
about death and have said that it is the Spirit that decides when it
has finished with the body. When the Spirit decides that it has
fulfilled its purpose it can choose to go home to the Spirit world or
to continue to enjoy earth life for a longer period. If the Spirit finds
that the body has taken too much control it can decide to take the
next available opportunity to leave the body – a minor accident
can have fatal consequences. Most illnesses are as a result of the
body, through its over controlling of its Spirit, needs the
intervention of some physical malady to reduce the power of the
body and thus enable the Spirit resume control and avoid the
desperate measures referred to above. The guidance we have
imparted to you is to be applied to the spiritual understanding
that you have. The awareness this will give you will help you
transform your life in such a way that you will see life differently.
This in turn will bring certain complications in that friends and
associates will see things differently to you and this will cause
them to worry about you and your view of life. This should not be
a reason for you to revert to the way you were. If you seek to
revert you will find that you will never be satisfied as a dimension
of understanding has been lost and you miss it. Once you have
discovered the dimension of Spirit in your life there should be no
need for anything else. Life will become complete and all should
go well in your development. People will be unnerved by your
completeness. They will want what you have but will have to face
the same letting go that you had to do. They will have to take their
own road just as you had to find and take yours. The only
