It is again unfortunate that greater Spirit awareness is not
gained through the normal channels of learning, for the Spirit
knows what it is but the body still needs to learn that it is not the
purpose for this life and to learn what it is that dwells inside of it.
Much needs to be done, indeed undone in this area.

We have spent many generations of earth existence
ourselves attempting to solve the situation only to find that we
too, in that existence, had become its victim and succumbed to the
temptations that were laid in our paths. We too refuted the
knowledge that was presented to us. We too took excessive time
on the earth trying to evolve the body and neglected the Spirit.
The journey could have been faster had we but understood the
intricacies of evolvement. Now it is all too easy to see where we
went wrong and the pitfalls we fell into. We come to you to warn
you of the follies you will entertain to your own detriment. We see
now that many seek to only evolve the human race, to make it
superior, to draw away from its nature, to be super-beings. How
can this be so if the Spirit is neglected? Remember that the
balance has to be maintained, that the Spirit has to balance with
the body, with the mind. Remember that all has to be in harmony.
Remember that without the Spirit the body is nothing, it is dead.
Remember by suppressing the Spirit into almost insignificance is
to draw the body close to death. Remember that to die thus is
suicidal. These are thoughts that you may wish to rationalise out
of existence but yet you cannot, for having been told you must
listen in some way and to have done that little listening you have
allowed the though to penetrate somewhere into the
consciousness, planting the seed that must someday rise to the
