emotions are allowed to dominate they do not have such a
negative effect as ego, though if they are one of the negative forms,
then no matter how trivial an outburst is released, untold
weakening takes place. Ego is by far the most destructive emotion
that is within the human, perhaps the greatest manifestation of
the anti-Christ. We seek to help you in all aspects of your
evolvement, but this is one area that we cannot actively
participate in. This is up to you alone to conquer, we can only
advise you. Do not give any credence to those negative emotions
stirring within you, for they seek your destruction. As you step
away from them so their power over you lessens, yet they still
exert power against you.

We will leave you now with this awareness and ask that
you examine these aspects of your being. When this awareness is
gained, then perhaps you will consider your next move in relation
to eliminating them. If you wish you may question further and we
would suggest that you ask for the strength to overcome this
nature that is within you. Meditation is considered as a positive
exercise to gain this strength. Above all the best weapon in this
battle is wisdom, for then you will know how to be one with God,
with no place for negativity to exist. Go in His love.
