developing it. Using traditional methodology and programming languages, it would have taken at least a year to build.
Instead of the traditional approach, we first spent two months developing our own no-code tool. Then we spent the next 30 days creating the underwriting system. We were able to perform the task of creating the no-code tool and building the application with 1/4th of the effort required of traditional programming languages. If we had been able to start with a no-code tool already developed; it would have taken only 1/12th of the effort. (At the time, there were no no-code tools available for their Prime computer)
