As we continue to navigate COVID-19, we want you to know that we are doing everything possible to
ensure the wellbeing of our Team and our Members. Our operations follow the highest standards of

hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Given the recent developments and taking guidance from the
Centers for Disease Control (CDC), we are taking additional measures to increase these standards.

 Our onsite Team has been minimalized for the foreseeable future.

 During preparation, your food is never touched directly by any of our Team Members.

 We have significantly increased all cleaning and sanitation procedures throughout the Club,
particularly in our Food Operations.

 Sanitation stations are set in all areas of our operation and are used before, during, in-between, and
after all preparations and deliveries.

 All orders are delivered to your car by a freshly gloved Team Member.

The entire Team here cannot thank you enough for your continued support. We are here to deliver safe,
high-quality meals to you as we continue to monitor this situation. Stay healthy and safe, and we look
