DAGA Journey since RY2015 – 2018

Rotary “District Action Group on Autism” has been aggressively advocating “Autism & Inclusion”.
This initiative has been ongoing since RY2015/2016 and has involved over 40 Rotary Clubs
throughout Malaysia.

As of March 2020, over 4,000 Teachers, Primary Caregivers and Parents have been engaged and
trained in various programs conducted by the Rotary District 3300 Action Group on Autism. Rotary

Clubs in Malaysia have been partnering with the National Autism Society of Malaysia (NASOM) and
had the support of the Ministries of Education, Health and Women, Family and Community
Development in the various programs conducted.

To-date DAGA with Rotary Clubs throughout Malaysia have

Conducted 5 public AWARENESS FORUMS on AUTISM in 2016-2017
