4. BEST PRACTICES
 The Isabela State University assures that there is a enough Budgetary Allocation for the
expansion, maintenance and construction of new buildings and Facilities. As an evidence ISU has
newly constructed building for medical students for their laboratory and simulation.
 There is a system that assures the quality management in terms of work environment in the
University.
 Emergency evacuation plan is present in the buildings and emergency escape route is indicated
and location of fire extinguisher.
