LNG Fueling Station

Dispenser Nozzle

LNG Fueling  In this photo, the nozzle is locked onto the
receptacle of the LNG tank and the scissors of
the nozzle are in the closed position
 Notice the frost or ice forming on the hose
during fueling
 LNG fueling requires grounding

Personal Protective  PPE should prevent LNG from touching skin
Equipment is in the event of a spill
Required  PPE should include:
o Gloves – elbow length
o Apron – cryogenic rated
o Full-face shield
o Long pants
o Long sleeves
o Closed-toe shoes
