(g) Design and Maintenance.
1. Open and Enclosed Parking Spaces. Accessory parking spaces may
be open to the sky or enclosed in a building.
2. Surfacing. All open off-street parking areas shall be improved with
a compacted base and a permanent-wearing surface.
3. Parking Lot Layout Geometrics.
