Chapter 19 – Signs
owner does not remove or bring the sign into compliance, the Building Inspector
may order removal, the expenses of which will be assessed to the tax roll of the
property on which the noncomplying sign is located.
(2) This section shall not preclude the Village from maintaining any appropriate action
to prevent or remove a violation of this chapter.
