$150.00, plus court costs. An inspection is required by an animal control officer in
response to any complaints.
(g) State Registration. Owners of chickens must register with the Wisconsin Dept. of
Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. This must be renewed every 3 years,
or as required by state law.”
2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon passage by a majority vote of the full
membership of the Village Board and publication or posting as required by law.
