Did you know that the City of Roseville Water Efficiency division provides free assistance to homeowners and businesses
with water and irrigation related questions. The Water Wise House Call appointment is a 45 min on site visit with one of the highly trained
and courteous staff members. During the visit they can assist with leak investigations, irrigation system evaluations, teach customers how to
program their (backyard) irrigation timer and make rebate recommendations.
I have had the pleasure of meeting one of Roseville’s City Water Conservationists, Steven Soares. Steven works within the Water Efficiency
division for the city. He has provided many of the residents here at The Club at WestPark evaluations and assessments on their irrigation and
potential water leaks. He has been able to make small repairs and advise where leaks are stemming from. Water Wise is a great resource to
anyone experiencing a water leak or a potential water waste issue at their property.

The rebate programs have been fully funded once again in July and consist of Residential toilet replacement, Cash for Grass and other irriga-
tion related upgrades. You are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as the programs have run out of funding before. Once your project has
been approved*, you are good to start work, the funds for your project are held, and you will have a set number of days to complete the pro-
ject (usually 120). If interested, you can apply by visiting Roseville.ca.us/savewater and clicking on rebates. You can also schedule a house
call at 916-774-5761.

*Remember, if you wish to make any changes to your front yard landscape using this program, you must submit an ARC application for re-
view and approval. The approval from the city is not in lieu of an ARC application approval. Be sure to use the current All In One ARC Ap-
plication provided on the TCWP website or pick one up from the kiosk at The Retreat. Any other ARC application submitted, other than All
In One, will be denied and you will be asked to resubmit using the new application form.
