Our next Board meeting is on February 17 at 1:00 PM. One of the topics discussed will be the Riverside Management
drafting of a rule regarding painting the exterior of our homes in the future. Additionally, we hope to Pamela Ciapessoni,

The January 21 Fireside Chat was a success! We had a total of 72 members attend the Zoom Dan Ketchum, Secretary
meeting, and it was great to provide some answers, but mostly to hear from the Members. We will

We do our best at running and objectively making good choices for The Club at WestPark. We are
not only Directors that sit on the Board, but we are also Club members and your neighbors. 2021 Board of Directors
Sometimes it may not seem like we are as transparent as you would like, but we are required to Quarterly Meetings
follow civil law, the PRG, and the CCR’s to keep you safe and to protect personal integrity. Meetings below are open to all
members of the Association.

Compliance, financial reporting, and quarterly assessments are managed by Pamela Ciapessoni and her team at Riverside Management
and Financial Services, Inc. Both the Director of Operations and Riverside are engaged by and work at the will of the Board of Directors. Home Specific Emergencies

If you feel that the matter needs to be brought to the Board’s attention, please send an email to boardofdirectors@tcwp.net. The email
will be received by the Board President, and Pamela Ciapessoni of Riverside Management. All correspondence is included in the Home Warranty Questions
