This last year has been very busy. We created a governing documents
committee and a finance committee that have both done phenomenal work. Our landscape The Retreat Facility Hours
liaison Scott Smith has helped many of our members and the communication committee has Monday - Friday
done great work in helping to increase communication and therefore transparency. I want to 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

Last year we said good bye to Spiro and welcomed our new General Manager, Laura. Laura
has been a great addition to our team. We brought on a new landscape company, returfed
the bocce courts, continued the LED conversion but probably most importantly, we got rid FirstService Residential

If you feel that the matter needs to be brought to the Board’s attention, please send an email to boardofdirectors@tcwp.net. The email will
be received by the entire Board, Laura Young, General Manager and Sara Jue, Vice President of Active Adult Communities. All
correspondence is included in the monthly Board packet for review at the next Board meeting. A member in good standing can ask for a
private meeting with the Board to discuss personal matters.
