PRESIDENT’S COLUMN
The Club at WestPark
Community Association
It’s good that we have observant neighbors who have a concern for the welfare of our
community, residents, and our common property. 3240 Kennerleigh Parkway,
Roseville, CA 95747
Phone: (916) 771-7801
Recently, on a weekend evening, I received a couple of phone calls and text messages Fax: (916) 771-7827
that all of the exterior lights were out at the Retreat. While the lights were on inside,
the building and parking lot lights were dark. www.theclubatwestparkca.com
Mary Gale,
Board President The Retreat Facility Hours
I emailed our General Manager, as did others. She issued an email to residents about
the outage, with a caution to be careful when walking to and from the building, Monday - Friday
should someone be out before dawn. The parking lot was very slippery because it had 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
been raining all weekend. Saturday & Sunday
9:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
I learned something new in this situation, something that I should have known but
didn’t. First Service Residential has a hotline for questions and concerns. It’s called
the 24/7 Customer Care Center at 1-800-428-5588. FirstService Residential
Customer Care Center
True, the line is automated and any user will have to navigate a menu. The first (800) 428-5588
prompt is “if you have an emergency, please press one.” As you go through the menu, Resident Portal
you will reach a live person. If the customer service representative can’t handle the https://theclubatwestpark.connectresident.com/
matter on their own, they message our Club at WestPark management team.
Board of Directors
This line can be used for other issues such as questions about rules, documents, Mary Gale, President
assessments and the like but, generally, a member would contact the office at the Terry Eyrich, Vice President
Retreat for these matters. And if something happens off-hours that’s life-threatening Richard Tipton, Member at Large
such as fire, flood, accident etc., a person certainly would want to call 911 first before Linda Mohr, Secretary
the Customer Care Center. Sandra Boyle, Treasurer
I know the number has been published before, but I didn’t make note of it. I have Email: boardofdirectors@tcwp.net
now, and I hope you will, too. We will do more to publicize the hotline. Meantime,
I’m grateful for the care and concern of you, my neighbors. 2025 Board of Directors
