The DMV is allowing drivers to re-
new their DL online. http://
www.dmv.ca.gov Even though my
renewal notice said I needed to take
an eye and written test, they are sus-
pending that due to Covid. So I just
had to answer some personal ques-
tions, pay and got a 5 year renewal.
I did have to create an account once I
got on the website (no big deal) and
took just minutes to complete the ap-
plication. Shortly after I got my con-
firmation of payment and renew-
al. It also allows you to register to
vote and become an organ do-
nor. They will send my new license
in 2-4 weeks.
