Website Tip - Level 2 Users






           HOA Sites does NOT allow two people to share an email. Each member must have their own unique email address or they
           must chose which member will have the address and which will not. The first member to setup their club profile will be
           designated a Level 1 User. The second member, who has chosen not to specify a unique email will be the Level 2 User.
           Level 2 Users are always associated with a Level 1 User that has an email. That means that you will have email to your
           home. But if you sign up for a Special Interest Group without your associated Level 1 User, you will NOT receive the
           SIG’s emails. If you want to receive the SIG’s emails, then you MUST have the Level 1 User within your household to
           check the box for the SIG you wish to join.


           In the Level 1 User profile, it will show the associated Level 2 User. The same is true for the Level 2 User, it will show the
           associated Level 1 User.
           Some of the “Level 2 Users” will choose to add an email. If you are currently sharing an email and wish to change this,
           talk to the office or to Community Connections members and they will add it for you.
