Hello Members!

What a summer it has been. I can’t believe we are already rolling into September! I have never been a Fall kind of kid but this
year, I can’t wait for blankets, s'mores and sweater weather! September 23, is our official first day of Fall. We have some exciting events on
the horizon for the upcoming Fall and Winter seasons and I hope you sign up and come have some fun with your neighbors! Shannon and the
team are continually looking for fresh and new event ideas. If you have any, send them our way!

Quick reminder going into this month. Your next quarterly assessment is due October 1. To avoid late fees, interest or being hit with that Vali-
dation Fee (at 45 days), please make sure to arrange payments to be received and recorded no later than October 15. Payments cannot be post-
marked or electronically in transit before the date. They must be recorded and in the system. It generally takes 2-3 days on average to process
electronic payments so make sure you get it taken care of well before the grace period ends.

COVID….. we all thought maybe it would finally leave us alone. Well, it hasn’t. Some members have been taken down by both COVID and
the flu again here in recent weeks. We still have the hand sanitizer in the Retreat. We work hard to keep the Retreat itself clean. Please do
your part in staying home and not attending activities or events if you aren’t feeling well and healthy. Let us know if you need to cancel so
that we can open waiting lists to those eager to join. Most importantly, we want you to be well and healthy and to secondly, look out for your
neighbors, family and friends. We all have to do our part to mitigate the spread of all things germ related.

September also marks the close of my first year here as General Manager here at The Club. I have been in the industry for close to 17 years
now, but I can tell you, this last year has not only been my favorite; it’s been the most fun I’ve had managing a community since I began this
career. The Club at Westpark members really know how to party, how to enjoy themselves, stay fit and healthy and how to laugh like no other
community I’ve managed. Thank you for making this year the most fun my job has ever been. Cheers to many more!
