WHAT DO YOU PLAY?
Several people responded to the question “What do you play?” Dan Ketchum suggested this be asked of the community to
see what games people enjoy playing on their devices or otherwise. Thank you to those that responded with what they en-
joy playing.

My favorite is Waffle. It has a daily and a weekly game and if you're an Amazon Prime member, it is possible
to access a free Daily Waffle Royale game as well. It is a puzzle type of word game and keeps your stats if
you are logged in so you can see how you are doing over time. At the end of the game, it also lists the mean-
ings and other details about the words. There is an app but I also play on my desktop through the website.

Another daily game I play is Connections. It can be played through the app, or I also play it on my desktop
computer through the website. Out of the 16 words, you have to choose groups of 4 words that have a com-
mon connection without making 4 mistakes. They have an order of difficulty, yellow, green, blue and pur-
ple. Some words can fit in more than one category which makes the game more challenging. https://

For those of us who are Wordle fans, there is also Quordle (4 Wordle type puzzles in one). There is a daily
game (if you solve it, you get a bonus weekly game), a sequence game, (and for those of us who are addicted
to word games ) there are unlimited practice games. It keeps track of your stats as well as your achievements. https://www.merriam-
webster.com/games/quordle/#/
And for those who really like a challenge, there is Octordle (8 Wordle type games to play at once). There is a daily, sequence and rescue puz-
zle to play every day as well as unlimited practice games for those who just can't get enough of this challenging game. You can access your
stats on this game as well. https://www.britannica.com/games/octordle/daily

One of my favorite games is Rummicub. It is a tile with numbers game. It comes with 4 boards to hold your tiles, 4 people can play at
once. There is strategy involved and makes the brain work!!

I learned about Magic Jigsaw Puzzles
after Strong and Stable one day. It is an
electronic jigsaw puzzle game. Each
time you open a puzzle you can choose
whether it is cut into 42, 72, 143, 288,
550, or 1100 pieces. You can also
choose whether the pieces rotate
(harder) or not. When you complete a
puzzle, you earn points toward getting
more puzzle packs. I only use this ver-
sion. It is also possible to buy puzzle
packs.
