I am interested in serving as a director and to be a part of the continuing efforts to make this community a friendly,
comfortable and financially healthy place to live. My goals are:
1. Open communications between the Board, Management Company, and the residents of this communi-
ty and promote a friendly and cooperative environment.
2. Establish a working committee to assist the Board in the area of finance, and potentially in the areas of
landscaping maintenance and operations.
3. Build up the Reserve Fund to a healthy level with a balanced budget.
4. Provide a high level of service for the residents.
I worked for the Southern California Gas Company in region and headquarters operations and engineering
management positions for 35 years before retiring and moving to The Club at Westpark in 2008. I continue
to provide occasional technical assistance to my former engineering group as a contractor.
My wife Nancy and I have enjoyed living in this community for the last fourteen years and I would welcome the oppor-
tunity to serve as a member of the leadership team.
If elected to serve on the Board, I will devote the time and effort required to serve the community with due diligence in
all areas.
