Club at WestPark Resident
Website Tip - Why Visit the Retreat’s Website?
Have you visited our website at http://theclubatwestparkca.com?
If you are having trouble logging in you can contact the office or anyone on the Community Connections
Committee for help. The office number is: 916-771-7801.
What does our website have to offer?
1. The resident directory is on our website and it is searchable in ways you can’t do with the print directory. For example, searching by
street name, finding everyone who lives on your street, finding someone by first name or by a pet’s name if they entered it.
2. Creating an RSVP for a Special Interest Group (SIG) or responding to an RSVP from a SIG.
3. Checking the Community Calendar.
4. Reading the Current or previous Couriers. Added bonus, on our website all the photos are in color.
5. Reviewing the Upcoming Events.
6. Getting involved with Special Interest Groups. You can find out what SIGs are available on the website, when they meet, and who to contact.
Look for them in the Groups dropdown list. You can sign up for a group by checking the SIG you are interested in, in your profile or by con-
tacting a person named on the SIG’s group page.
7. If you use our library you can get a list of our book inventory. Be aware that we do NOT track books that are checked out, so we may have
the book, but it may not be in the library when you look. Look for the list under the Community dropdown list.
8. In addition, the website has recipes, a pet directory, the community’s governing documents, and a directory of the businesses that support our
community.
Watch for the Community Connection’s Table at the Open House. We will help you navigate our website and help you put your photo
and/or your pet’s photo in your profile.
