to earn their own bread and butter . Apart from this,
Vasant has gained some important values those a good
businessman must follow. Such as discipline, neat and

clean attire, professionalism, punctuality etc. from Mr.
Hawaldar. These learned values helped him in future to
turn up as a successful businessman.
Normally, 4 grade workers or helper does not have
th
any big dreams. But, Vasant Sutar was an exception to
this mentality. He not only saw a dream of heading his
own business but also worked hard to achieve his dream
and lived a royal life and made others live the same way.
Vasantrao has established and maintained good
relations with his customers, workers and business
partners. He is a loyal personality and a quick learner.
He had a good market study. He was very particular in
maintaining relations with his business representatives,
customers, workers as well as senior level offi cers of the
companies. Though, Vasantrao is a capitalist investor. He
also had a social vision hence, he was very keen about
giving the proportionate amount to the workers.
Thoughtfulness is another virtue of Vasantrao. His
thoughtful approach towards life and business is full of
gratitude. As well as personal circle of friends who have
loved him unconditionally and served him at their best
makes one speechless. He expressed his gratitude to his
soul mate and a rock solid support sou. Ranjankumari
Sutar, his first boss of this business field Late. Vishwanath

Hawaldar also Mr. C. P. Philipos sir who held his hand
throughout the journey. He is indeed thankful to his
parents; also, he does not deny the holy existence of god
as the final stage of success.

Here, I conclude my words of appreciation by
mentioning few more things about his personality. He is
an avid reader. He has a good taste of literature. He likes
to read about history and prose. He is a good listener
