Reservation Information

Bocaire prides itself on its flexibility when you make dining
reservations. Please help us by making your reservation as soon
as possible. This will ensure that Chef can order in advance and
we will have the staff to create an enjoyable dining experience
for you and your guests.

Below is extracted from the Recreational Facilities Rules and
Regulations, House and Dining Room Rules, Section III, Dining
Facilities.

Reservations for dinner shall be made no later than noon of the
day preceding the event. Thereafter, any reservation will be
accepted only upon approval of the General Manager. Any
cancellation for reservations for reasons other than a just cause,
such as health, will be subject to cancellation charges.

Members, Sponsored Guests and Alumni must order Special
food requests no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the
function. Special food requests are subject to the Cancellation
Rules.

Any cancellation for a dinner reservation must be made at least
twenty-four (24) hours prior to the function. Failure to cancel a
reservation or being a “no show” shall be subject to the
following charges:

a) Special Events, such as Seafood Buffet, Bocaire Steakhouse
à la Carte Dinner, New Year’s Eve, Dinner Dances or Shows -
$50 per person shall be enforced for cancellations within 24
hours of the event.

b) Special orders are not cancelable and will be charged based
on the item ordered.

For all special Clubhouse functions, tables will be assigned on a
“first-called” basis.
