(B) Facilitate commercial and business ac vi es at ground level with the Node to meet local community needs without impac ng on the Palmerston CBD; AND
(C) Ensurea robust, adaptable design and appropriate orienta on of mixed use development fron ng Temple Terrace reinforcing the role of the Node as an ac vity spine linking the Palmerston Regoial Hospital Precinct.
