1. Inves gate opportunity to acquire the land from the crown with the view to providing a facility in the medium to long term.
2. Undertake targeted consulta on and associated needs analyse to determine the layout and precise func on of the space. 3. Use consulta on and needs analysis outputs to determine the need for space within the Southern Zuccoli commercial centre.
4. Consider provision op ons for a facility/s which may include a public / private partnership via an expression of interest for the facility and possible commercial opportuni es on the site.
