Yummie Homemade Vegan Pancakes
1 serving 20 minutes
1. Place almond butter on a seperate plate and leave aside. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Wait 5 minutes or until the flax and almond flour have absorbed the liquid. If it gets too dry, add more water.
2. Heat up an oiled frying pan on low medium heat. Any oil you prefer works. Our go-to is coconut oil.
3. Take a spoonfull of batter and spread it out inside the pan. Try to form a pancake shape as much as possible.
4. Cook your pancake for about 5 minutes. You can tell that it’s done if the the pancake flips easily.
5. Fry on each side until you achieve a golden colour. 6. Top with more almond butter for good measure.
Add you favorite pancake toppings.
