Hearty Blueberry Oatmeal
2 servings 10 minutes
1. Combine unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon in a saucepan on medium to high heat.
2. Now it’s time to add in the hemp seed hearts and flaxseed meal. Stir and reduce heat to medium.
3. This step is optional. Not everyone likes it sweet but if you do stir in the sweetener next. Keep the mixture on the heat until it thickens up.
4. Serve in bowl and add your favorite toppings (eg. blueberries, reaspberries or almonds).
Blueberries are low in calories but high in Nutrients
