JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa Emergency Information
The JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa hotel is equipped with a fire alarm system that is monitored internally
and by an outside company 24 hours a day. If an alarm is to go off the Tucson Fire department will respond
immediately. The hotel is equipped with a sprinkler system and fire extinguishers throughout the entire building
that comply with all fire codes and requirements. We are registered with FEMA # AZ5051
Emergency Procedures for the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa
If you have an emergency in the hotel go to the nearest phone and dial “0”, one of the Operators will pick up the
phone. Let them know where you are and who you are to better help our response.
If you have an emergency and cannot wait at the phone dial “911” and leave the phone off the hook in that area.
ONLY USE 911 WHEN IT IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM.
If you have a Security concerns for yourself or others in your group please contact the Operator at “0” and you
will be put in touch with the Loss Prevention Department.
