6:30 a.m.–7:45 a.m. SHUTTLES AVAILABLE TO/FROM JW MARRIOTT
STARR PASS GOLF CLUB
The Starr Pass Golf Club is located on-site at the JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa. The walk to Day 3
the clubhouse can take up to 30 minutes. The NTDA has arranged for shuttles to depart for the
course starting at 6:30 a.m. from the Main Lobby Entrance. Shuttles will be available back to the
hotel following Tournament play.
6:45 a.m.–7:45 a.m. GOLF TOURNAMENT CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
Pre-registration and pre-payment required. Register by Sept. 4, 2025. No on-site registrations
will be accepted for the golf tournament. Fee includes greens fees, tournament fee, continental
breakfast, boxed lunch, cart, beverages, prizes, and swag bag.
Bag Handling: When you check into JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa, you may choose to
check your well-tagged golf bag with the bellman. If you are participating in the Thursday, Oct. 9
National Trailer Dealers Foundation Golf Tournament & Fundraiser, please retrieve your bag from
the bellman and bring it with you on the shuttle to the golf course the morning of the tournament.
If you are renting golf clubs, your rental clubs will be placed on your cart the morning of the
Tournament. On-site club rental for the Tournament is not available. Rental sets are very
limited at the course.
Porterage: The hotel assesses a $16 porterage fee, which covers unloading vehicles, storage, and
delivery of belongings, including retrieving items from the bell stand (bag pull). If you plan to golf
during the week, you may inquire with the clubhouse about storing your golf bag until the
Tournament. Please note that additional bag storage fees may apply. Please ensure that your golf
bag is well tagged with your name and contact information. Be sure to pick up your clubs from the
tee box or green.
