Children get to know about the habitat and food

habits of the endangered wild animals inhabiting
India, Australia, Africa and Nepal. They also study

the threats that the animals face for survival and the
available solutions for the same in the specified

countries.
 The children acquired knowledge about the

endangered wild animals, its habitat, and its

linkage with the ecosystem in India, Australia,
Africa and Nepal.
 It created in them awareness about the threats

faced by these animals and they also gained an
content and outcomes of
understanding about the steps taken to protect
the activity:
them.
 They became more aware of the need to be

vigilant, spread awareness and realised that
they should raise their voice and react to the

injustice towards animals.
 This theme was incorporated in our school

sports day celebration and this was depicted

through a dance and thus an awareness was
created in the public to take care of animals and
