National Birds Preen and
Parade
A fashion show was organized and children dressed up as
National Birds of India, Australia, United States of
America, China, United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia along
with other birds paraded and introduced themselves - the
bird’s names, native country , the food they eat and their
habitats. The birds did the fashion walk to a rhythmic
music and reached their respective habitats which were also
set-up. The KG children witnessed this parade and learnt
an important lesson that it is necessary to “Save Birds to
Save Ourselves”.
