臺中教育大學美術學系教授，曾任特聘教
授、人文學院院長、進修推廣部主任，並擔
任高教評鑑中心處長、世界花博諮詢委員等
職。歷任文化部公共藝術視覺藝術類專家、
各級美展與學生美展評審，並主持國科會與
文化部多項研究與產學計畫。策展作品〈睿
警曜光〉榮獲2021義大利A'DESIGN與2022
美國MUSE公共藝術銀獎，入選2024巴黎
秋季沙龍展。曾舉辦5次個展，並參與多次
國內外陶藝、漆藝聯展。

Mr. Wei teaches in the Department of Fine Arts at
National Taichung University of Education. He has
previously served as a Distinguished Professor, Dean of
the College of Humanities, and Director of the Division
of Continuing and Extension Education. His leadership
roles also include Director at the Higher Education
Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan and
consultant to the World Flora Expo. He has been
appointed as a visual arts expert for the Ministry of
Culture's Public Art Program and frequently serves as a
juror for various national and student art exhibitions. He
has also led numerous research initiatives and industry-
academia collaboration projects funded by the National
Science and Technology Council and the Ministry of
Culture. His curatorial work Radiant Vigilance was
awarded the Silver Prize in Public Art at both the 2021
A'Design Awards in Italy and the 2022 MUSE Design
Awards in the United States. It was also selected for
the 2024 Salon d' Automne in Paris. He has held five
solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group
exhibitions in ceramics and lacquer art, both in Taiwan
and abroad.
