次。現任臺中縣牛馬頭畫會會員及
臺中市東南畫會理事長。

A graduate of the Western Painting Division,
Department of Fine Arts, Chinese Culture
University, and the Institute of Art History,
Queens College, City University of New
York. Mr. Cai held a solo exhibition at Tainan
Cultural Center in 1994. He also participated
in the 7th Art Inheritance Taichung County
Artist's Relay Exhibition in 1995, and held
a solo exhibition at Taichung City Dadun
Cultural Center in 2013. He has held 17
solo exhibitions. He is currently a member of
NMT Art Association and a chairman of the
Taichung City Dongnan Fine Arts Association.
