家學會理事長、第3屆臺中縣石雕協會理事
長，臺中市雕塑學會會員。
Mr. Chen is a retired elementary school teacher and
civil servant. He was the 3rd president of the Taichung
County Artists Society and the Taichung County Stone
Sculpture Association. He is now a member of the
Taichung City Sculpture Association.
