國立中興大學畢業。從事水墨畫及膠彩畫
創作數十年。作品曾獲全國青年書畫展及
全省公教美展國畫部前三名、全省美展國
畫部及膠彩部多次優選。教育部文藝創作
獎及青溪文藝創作獎佳作獎。畫集6冊。
103年獲臺中市資深優秀美術家榮銜。

Mr. Chen graduated from National Chung Hsing
University. He has been creating chinese ink painting
and gouache painting for decades. He has placed top
three at the National Youth Painting and Calligraphy
Exhibition and the Provincial Civil Officers Art
Exhibition. He has won Awards of Merit at the Taiwan
Provincial Fine Arts Exhibition in the traditional chinese
painting and gouache painting categories many times,
as well as the Ministry of Education Literature and Arts
Award, and Award of Excellence in Ching-Shi Award.
He has published six painting collections. He was
awarded with a honorary title of Outstanding Senior
Artist in 2014.
